    You must get a better logo, and an integrated theme that incorporate the logo more creatively.

    Also - some stickies on the busier sub-forums might just get you more members (the point being that you have so many members and so much activity already that you need stickies! ;) )

    The bevel effect on the site's logo doesn't look great.. I would use a normal dark to light gradient effect on it with a border color. Keep it simple like the rest of your template.

    Might be worth you paying a designer to get you a nice logo?

    Take a look at acorndomains (UK) for how they developed their domains related forum.

    The forum is very good one, there is just one tiny detail which I would like to change, the background is striped with the from right up to the left down subtle stripes in several places, which makes it somewhat catching the attention thus making the site harder to read, it may be a good idea to use the solid grey background instead of these subtle stripes.
