One of my domains got expired on 04/06/08 and it is is pending renewal or deletion stage. How can I get the domain back ?

The domain was registered using Godaddy. It is expired so I can't see the domain name in my account.

Please help me to get the name back.

You should have got an email from GD for the option to renew it, I guess your email is not working and the reason it expired in the first place? I would contact Godaddy support and tell them you want to renew it and while you are there update your email.

It is most likely the domain name is now in Redemption Mode. Log Into your account and see if there is any notification in there. Alternatively, use the Contact Us and ask them how you can redeem your domain name. If I am not wrong, redemption fees is about $150

If it's "pending delete" say bye bye and get ready to bid if someone wants it and it falls in the hands of an auction house. If in redemption, registrars will charge you $$$ to get it.

Whenever I type the domain I get the following notice :
"Notice: This domain name expired on 04/06/08 and is pending renewal or deletion"

So is it in pending renewal or redemption mode ?

The redemption fee is $80.00 plus the cost of the domain registration. I would get it back before it goes to auction or picked up by someone else in a backorder.

The only way to get it back at redemption is to call there support or email there support system and provide your account information and the domain name. They will require security verification and/or the last four digits of the card you would like charged.

Well, thanks everyone for your suggestion, here is an update of my problem.

I contacted Godaddy support via email and they told me the same thing that the domain is in redemption period and I have to pay $80+regular renewal fee to get the domain.

I have just replied their mail and gave required information.

I will give more update when I get the domain back.

    Thanks
