if you are indexed, then you are not banned. You probably need to build content and links to your site. Were you ranking previously and just dropped in the rankings?

If google ban your domain, it de-index all of your pages. You can use google webmaster tools to look up the status of your website.

check if your pages are indexed in google by checking site:mydomain.com if you see pages indexed then it is not banned. If you are nt ranking for the keywords then u need to build content and links to get them ranked in top. Also setup webmasters tool if u have not...

I have the same issue as yours.. I thought Google banned my site and when I checked it by typing site:mydomain.com it is still there. I'm just thinking that I've been slapped by Panda update.

No dear, I think you can published your domain on raditt or digg.com and add your site on webmaster and then published a xml site map on his root sections.

I hope it's helpful for you.
