If they ban your domain but not your account consider yourself lucky.

When Google bans your domain it's probably for a very good reason and it's very unlikely you can get it unbanned.

My domain + sub-domains also banned, I hope to get unbanned soon (unfair ban / reason-why not legit)

Today i logged into my adsense account.. not even 1.000 impressions (usually i got 15.000 impressions) however, the single click is more worth then ever :)

They sent you an e-mail before they banned your domain. What was the e-mail saying? This also happened to one of my domains. It is because I displayed AFF ads along Adsense. The thing is that I read on DP that AFF+Adsense IS allowed. Apparently not.

They will not unban your domain. I tried explaining to them that I didn't know, etc. but it doesn't matter for them.

Just be happy only your site was banned and not your Adsense account. In the first place, if you say your site's content is copyrighted material, then there's really no reason for you to complain. Google has explicitly stated that such sites are against their TOS.

They always send you a mail 3 or 4 days before banning a domain or your account, asking you to make changes to your sites.

Usually any mail originating from Adsense is delivered to Gmail's spam folder... (it is an irony by the way... Google blocks its own mails...) so you must check there.

    That's not true mate..

While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our policies. For instance, we found violations of AdSense policies on pages such as blablablablabla.com.

As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on sites involved in the distribution of copyrighted materials.

As a result, we have disabled ad serving to the site.
