My Domain Authority Went Down 2 points?

    I have just checked on Moz and found that my DA has went down to 2 points.I really do not have any idea..Can any guide me please.

    Well decrease in domain authority can because of several reasons, According to Moz there are about 40 signals which is included in calculating the Domain authority:Quality of content on website, Page Rank, Inbound links to root domain, Inbound links to internal pages, Social media popularity, Relevancy etc. You just can't exactly tell why it is decreasing but I am sure something might be wrong somewhere.

    I found that there has been 500 back-links which I lost month may be that is the reason for this drop.

    it was an algorithm change since it happened every site we were watching.

    You know a site from where I was getting approx 500 backlinks but suddenly that site remove all my backlinks.May be it was due to this act..what say

    Although a two point fluctuation is alright, it is important to have a check on certain important factors. Check if your website information is updated on a regular basis. If you have set any redirects, then analyze them and check if they are redirecting properly for passing on the link juice.

    yes therefore google algorithm change that means removing all spam links.
