    is it more beneficial to link the current blog to all my other blogs on every page - or handle only one on each, in a linkwheel format?

    Link all your blogs together using your right or left navigation, that way they're permanent links which are located on every article page.

    It's better to have one way links. If you have more blogs, try to link like that: A -> B, B -> C, C -> X, X - > A
    Link exchange is not ok for seo
