Can I put forward TOLRA Directory Script (http://www.tolranet.co.uk/software/directoryscript/) for inclusion on the list?

There's some others I can think of such as Gossamer Threads Links, but I'm not sure your criteria for inclusion.

 

Also, a working demo would be nice to see how the script looks in action

Nice one mate, i have come across PHPLD before but not all of the others!! Ive got to check the others out!

 

Wow... so many dir scripts... that is cool... I have also voted for my fav one...

 

QlWeb is widely used in Poland.

On the last update, most of this directories were taken down by Google in terms of PR and SERPs.

Probablty it is not the script itself, but the way people use it, most of this directories were nothing more then spam or garbage.
