    But that is not good mate:D He listed in your dir to improve his SERP --istead he got it down--ask him to remove the listing from your dir --if he wanted the top position --ASAP:D

    After a while the link juice will push his listing to the top, I suspect the site is feeling the sandbox effect at the minute.

    He's probably quite annoyed about that, but there's not a lot you could have done about it. His keyword density for that particular phrase is right down. As far as I can tell, it's a long page and he repeats it three times, whereas your detail page has it three times on a much shorter page.

    You could add a bit more fluff to your details page to prevent this happening again, or just let him work it out himself.
