    looks good, only thing i would suggest is putting a border around the middle content so its stands out more from the background.

    Looks good. I do not really like the diagonal text in the background. It distracts me (but a lot of things tend to distract me).

    okay, the background need way more work, maybe no text on it, cuz it distracts my eyes, second, add some small borders on the sides of the news text, right now, they blend inte the surrounding, and that is bad, unles you might want someone to start reading OEA Inspection over and over..

    other than that, it is good...

    maybe make the background a bit more transparent so that its just about visable this will make the content stand out more

    i love the design... But I suggest is remove text on your background. I thought it was a SAMPLE template in a first glance. :D
