I don't have the power to put any more pressure on my mind friend. May be I am not thinking what you are thinking.

So why don't you share it with me.

Do your best to get another "deal" with the guys so you get access to the server. Once inside, revenge!

Well, I am not sure what to say. I don't know much legal about copyright. So may be some copyright lawyer can put more focus on all this.

But as you say, I do hope our member might have preserved all the email / IM / phone communications along with the .psd files etc.

May be our member can put more focus on what he has with him so far.

    Hello,

Just contacted a lawyer. He is going to investigate all this issue, because we live in diferent countries.

I have all emails and communications, and all backups and proof of my job for shure.

In the meantime, I have been told I will receive some money for my work, but now I don't believe it. I will wait for lawyer answer and for my customer's promise.

I will keep you updated. Thank you all.

And I think you have made a correct decision. Lawyers are the best people to consult to because they know the laws.

I hope you will be able to come to some conclusion with the help of lawyers. All the best friend.

Did you ever make the client sign a contract? If not, you're basically up shit's creek without a paddle.

As mentioned by another member previously in the thread, verbal agreements do hold water, even if it's crappy creek water. When it comes to this it will depend on who is believed by the judge. Even the innocent can lose with verbal agreement, unfortunately!
