read free adsense tips thread in this forum and try it for a couple of weeks. then they try other tricks and test couple of weeks too. if your test from this free advice still doesn't satisfy your needs maybe you should buy some adsense books.
The CTR can be improved by better ad placement and suitable blending of the ads with the contents Better ad placement means placing the ads at vantage points preferably at the top left or right side of your content and medium or large rectangle ad formats do better than the other formats. Blending of ad means hiding of your ads with the contents so that they will not reveal explicitly. - Dairyman
Try to get more traffic this will increase your earnings and also do some testing with different ad placement
Your ad placements are okay but you need to get more traffic as this niche gets low ecpm and low ctr.
your ad placement is good, did a good job on blending in the ads. reason your CTR is low on the entertainment site is because its about prety much everything. hardly any content and all links. therefore you are not getting any targeted ads. your ads are also just abot anything starting from rigntone download to youtube ads. you need to target a specific niche to get targeted ads and get good CTR. right now, google doesn;t know what is yor site about therefore all kinds of ads are being diaplayed
i don't see anything called "entertainment" on the left side of the home page, you are disguising ads as navigation, and calling it links, when it should probably be called advertisers or sponsors, or something similar... misleading, and maybe a violation of the tos.
The AdSense Code by Joel Comm is a great read, if you happen to be able to get your hands on a copy. When I was using AdSense, it helped me out a lot.
