My CTR is very low these days Please review my Ads Placement

Most of the Ads are irrelevant to the content because the content is quite obscure and most of the Ads are "in your face" so they scream don't click. Maybe Adsense might not be the right route.

You could try for 1 month intext Ads like Chikita.

A better solution would be to affiliate the site with products designed for your audience (teens to early 20s?) so for example, try ProActiv banner ads, iTunes ads etc. Just sign up to the appropriate affiliate network (Shareasale and CJ).

Try using image ads for a month and see if your revenue increases any. A lot of times people get surprised when they do this.

Does your your CTR have increased? What changes did you make?

I've the same problem my CPC and CTR has seriously dropped since the beginning of this month.
