My CTR increased but CPC started to decrease

I have 19,000 views per day.
My CPC was about 0.30 cents some weeks ago
And currently it just decreases while the CTR increases.

Yesterday I had 250 clicks and I have earned only 30$ with CPC of 0.12 cents

How can I fix that? why the CPC can't just increase as well as the CTR
I am using adssection targeting, I am using targeted ad placements

But nothing helps, I just can't get it.

it's not that bad. I think any CPC is correct when above $0.1

Yeah but how do you explain the fact that when the ctr increase, the cpc decrease?

I don't explain it, it is just the way it is, as long as the RPM is good, like above $5 then it's fine, only have more traffic on those pages and that's all that matters.

Well I don't like it, too low for me. I'd like minimum $5 RPM otherwise something is not correct.

Now you understand what I am talking about?
I just can't realize why it happens.
If my RPM was $5 as you say my earnings were about $80 a day.
    Even if I had $3 RPM I was earning 50$ a day.

I feel that I don't convert the maximum from my traffic.
