My CTR/Earnings has dropped significantly =/

My CTR and earnings have dropped significantly! Can someone please help me fix it? =/ My blog is Homes of the Rich.

Last month my average CTR was 0.57% and earnings were $37 a day

This month my average CTR is 0.46% and earnings are $23 a day.

I didn't do any drastic changes. All the ads are in the same exact position.

Any good advice on how to increase both would be MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

    Thanks :)

Great website!.. One thing I'd advice since you have so many images is you start using pinterest to get more traffic and thus more CTR. You could also add an article or two to the site that provides advice to your visitors. I hope that helps!

I also found this with my blog too. Traffic is also there, but suddenly the CPC has been dropped. Earnings are so low. :(
I saw this problem is there for many people.

Hey, users are getting use to your ads, change them up a bit. Try adding a huge square Ad block at the top instead of the leaderboard for a few days....I've found playing around with the ads to work well!

Nice looking site! When you referred to your site as a Blog, I was thinking; how is someone earning $40 on a blog? You've done a beautiful job on the site.

When you say CTR, are you referring to page CTR or Ad request CTR?

I am in the process of completely rebuilding my site to put the ads in better spots. I have experimented and know now what is working and what is not. At least on my site. Looks to me like you have your site well thought out already. What I noticed (since this is one of the things I am fixing on my site) is that your pages are too long. Cut your pages in two or by three and arrow or menu to next page. I note most of the news organizations doing this now. This will help reduce bounce rate, and increase pages views. The other thing I did notice, and it may not help at all, I can't figure out why you have so much wasted space (50px) above your header. Again, beautiful site.

You need to test different ad layouts. Here are some changes I would suggest

-change the link bar to white background, black text
-remove two header banners below it (the header that is basically an ad for your site especially should be removed IMO)
-remove half banner below post title
-put a 250x336 between your navigation bar and your post title
-change orange Adsense links to blue (the standard color for links)

Test changes for a week and if your conversion rate increases, keep the changes. If it doesn't try something else or go back to your old layout.

Dont use the black backfground to the ads. That will surely reduce the conversion rate
