Hey i don't know if this is the right place to post this but...lol I don't get whats up with my Cs2.. When i am desgining something is looks good but when i save it it doesn't look the same.. as it was in Cs2. Like in Cs2 the colors are very dark like i want it.. but after i save it the colors go bright?.. I will show u an example. Do you know why it is doing this? This one is in Cs2.. http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e173/mikebankz/wdf1.jpg This is after it was saved http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e173/mikebankz/wdf.jpg
I've noticed some things with CS2 myself but it only seems to happen when you save it as something other than .PSD For example PNG, GIF, JPG will always look a bit worse than PSD, however browsers can't read PSD files so we're kinda stuck with the lower quality of work for websites. If you want the color to match exactly be sure to use the same hex code for the red you want. Hex codes show up as the exact same color on every computer. I hope this helps, I'm not a expert but I've had some sucess with different trials.
Yea i got you but when u want to sell your work or show ur work.. it isn't the same quality as it is in a PSD format.. so how would the person buying it know how good the work is if it's not even showing it correctly.?
That's what portfolios are for. Instead of showing work in progress show them the other sites you've made, or themes or whatever you do.
Alrite man really appreciate for the quick response but I’m going to see if any 1 has anything to say.
make sure you have these settings when creating a new document http://img164.imageshack.us/img164/6219/settingsfy6.png and save as a .png, it keeps the most quality
