My CPU temp reaches 70 C

here we go!

And i exceeded that by 2 C. Amazing, that is a very high number. Right now, it is 87 C, and i have just loaded skype, msn, gtalk and firefox at the same time.

maybe you could get a 'laptop cooler', used one for my old thinkpad, loved it

 

At least i know my software is wrong, saying 80 C is a 'dangerous temperature'.

I might leave it as it is, and hope it explodes, so i can get a replacement. I have 18months of extended warranty left.

You need to knock me to the point of insanity first, before I try any of them..

 

My amd used to get that hot, then I wiped off the old cpu thermal paste, applied new, got all the dust out and applied more thermal paste to themotherboard heatsink.. now I dont see above 48
