my cousin has 570 backlinks but 1 PR , why ?

my cousin's site , http://w-zone.org has 570 backlinks , but just 1 pr , can anyone tell why ? he cant use this forum , cuz he was banned without any reason ..well , what about his pr problem?

Well ,, google shows for my site that i have 0 backlinks ,,
And i'm PR3 .

 

I can only say this - "It's Google!!!"

 

PR does not depends on only backlinks, it may several reasons.

 

It is not only the no. of backlinks..

10000 backlinks can still get u PR0
And a single PR7 backlink can get you a PR3 minimum easily..

 

Why not trying adding useful content that other sites doesn't have?

Poor Backlink That Is All.

 

Back links mean jack if they have no authority, or are of a crummy quality. Chances are, he needs to work on quality link building, not quantitiy.

 

Google can be mystery sometime.For example i have site with 12k backlinks and it dropped from pr3 to pr2.Meawhile some subsites become pr2.

 

They are low-quality backlinks, like Digital Point signature links.

The site needs better links.

 

Quality is the master of everything!
So try to build more quality links.

Have they done anything to be moved back. Even 500 of the poorest backlinks I'd think would get you past pr 1.

 

Your page has a lot of outgoing looks...

It seems like a lot of the outgoing links are way off related content. It is possible for google to think your cuz sells links ( I mean its google they think out of the box lol )
