look at this blog hosted on wordpress h[tt]p://grandwealthforever[dot]com. (Be careful, it contains some semi-nude videos)

I am not getting what kind of script he is using that copy of my post is posted on mentioned blog as soon as I publish post on my blog. Check out all my posts on his blog here

I am using 'Creative Common' to protect my content.

You have any idea about...what to do??? or where can I report this to Blogger.com or Wordpress????

    Desperately looking solution.

    Hey Tech Master,

Those damn wordpress hosted blogs are really tough to deal with sometimes. Check out this article and see if it helps. Otherwise I'll do a bit of research and try to help you out!

This is another great post that is quite long, but may have just what you were looking for!

Try to find out the author and hunt them down!

Thank you 'AndrewPavelski'. But why don't you tell me direct action rather than asking to read such a lengthy articles. Haven't you read those articles?

Am I missing something? All I see is your blog, and your blog on Technorati. Where is the blog that is stealing from you?

That's all I see too. It would be helpful if you provided a site other than your blog on Technorati...

Contact WordPress.com, the offender, or their webhost. Tell them to remove the stolen content. If they are running adsense on the blog, you could e-mail the adsense support and let them know that a blog has stolen content and is running adsense (which breaks the TOS). I've done this and the problem was fixed w/ in a few days by the other blog getting shut down...

    Best wishes,

    My advice,
You can try contacting the owner of the site and tell him to remove your content or you'll start legal action and if that doesnt work...stop wasting your time. Nothing will ever get done, noone will be interested in your complaint. Ive been through it before.

If your posting first then the other site will get penalised for duplicate content. Just take it as a compliment.

He hasn't linked to the content thief ... but it's at h[tt]p://grandwealthforever[dot]com

They're using whip-o-matic or something similar to publish content from rss feeds

If they are using adsense, you can report simply by clicking the "ads by google".

I have a similar case also, but I make it a habit to always link to my previous entries in all my ppst, so usually when people scrap from me, they will scrap all the links too, Those who read their blog will be directed to your blog. Free promotional work for you :)

There are a bunch of blogs that scrape fro me too. They capture every headline that says "Music", MP3", and other key terms.

I agree, there is nothing to really be done about "webmasters" using other peoples work to profit. It's usually because they lack the skills themselves to be creative, and they probably look for shortcuts everywhere else in their life. They have no pride, and no honor, not to mention they do not respect anything and think in their own little minds that they have a right to take.

I see nothing wrong with offering Feeds from related sites to your readers, but using them as the basis of your content, (and using software, that changes the name of the author, so as not to look like you are taking from the same sites over and over), it's just stealing, and cheating.

Report the site to Google and move on.
I occasionally like to post a comment on the offending blogs...something like, "If you want to read the original article, as well as all the content that this blogs steals, come to this site."
Every now and then, the "webmaster" is stupid enough to leave the comment on auto post.

You can also copy write your feeds, and tag them with you web address, name, and so forth, with a message of infringement. The only down side is that people using your feeds legitimately, will also get the same message.

It is perfectly legal for him to do this if he is giving you credit for your work(your site url at least in the post)
