    Try email his host for copyright violation. They will have to suspend his account if he don't comply. You need to be able to show that the information is yours (a date stamp from the Google cache does help).

    If they have affiliate programs on their site just contact the program and show them what has been copied.

    Most reputable programs will email the copied site owner telling them to take down the copied material or risk losing their commissions.
