    Install avast antivirus and schedule to boot-time scan and then restart the computer. The rest will be done by the antivirus, all you have to do is give some commands like yes or no while antivirus scanning the drives on your harddisk.

    If you know what file it is then delete it unless it has spread.

    Try installing some anti-virus software to clean it up.

    Additionally, backup the files you need, then factory reset your computer.

    I think Please use another clean computer with updated antivirus instaled , open your HDD and make it slave position on that computer .scan your slave HDD to clean from virus.you can use a free antivirus to cleaning your HDD computer.
