Dude..disconnect from internet and run Malware Bytes...it's one of the best out there...
You could also search for *.exe files on your computer and remove the suspected ones..but chances are you won't be able to delete those files..Malware bytes is always good..try that..

Whatever you do, DO NOT boot the computer under the infected OS; you can use rescue disks or even make a USB stick bootable. Then, you can safely run an antivirus, even trial versions; try Bitdefender and / or Kaspersky, both are trustworthy.

I'd suggest you to take back up of your important data in pen-drive or ext. hard disk and format your system. If you are not installed any anti virus then after formatting system buy a license version of anti virus and install in your system otherwise your motherboard and hard disk is detroyed .

some virus scans will not be able to detect the source of where the virus is coming from, it will detect the infected files and delete them but chances the virus will be back. If i was you i would google the virus name and find a guide on how to remove it from your computer manually, which usually involves deleting registry files. Either way, if that seems like too much work copy your important data onto a external hardrive and then reformat your computer and re-install windows. Of course, if you are going to re-format make sure to back up all your drivers and what not - it will take awhile to reformat and reinstall windows but once it's done you will have no viruses and your computer will go a lot faster. So i recommend reformating.

    1. run rkill to kill all the viruses
    2. use malwarebytes to detect and delete the viruses
    3. use ccleaner to cleanup

Here i have a perfect and 100% working solution. I do have experience in cleaning the fully corrupted computers. Just download and install the Avast home edition antivirus and after installing it, just check the box (i.e. scan on disk boot) and then restart your computer and windows will be prompting you that to whether to scan your computer on boot, just select the option YES and the avast scan will begin just wait, when it find the first virus infected file in your computer it will ask your permission to delete, at that time just select the option "Yes to All" then it will clean all corrupted and infected things in your computer. After the scan completion, you'll see the clean and secure computer :)

And I'd recommend you to register your copy of free avast antivirus, with the easy registration method within the settings in the avast. by registering your antivirus, you'll get 1 year free license (you can renew it after 1 year for free)..
