Right click the "My Computer" icon on the desktop and select properties.

That will show you the basic configuration.

Don't get a MAC! Try using crap cleaner. Free software or they accept donations. Great Tool! ccleaner.com is the official site.

    Delete your ANTI VIRUS

I know this sounds unsafe, but if you know your way around in PC, you dont need a Anti Virus.

With 200mb ram, Anti Virus is likely to take a whole bunch, it evens slows your computer speed in when turning on or off..

Delete it, and then you will see a big difference.

BUT Remember this is just my opinion, i am not responsible if you get viruses or something else happens. hehe :)

AVG runs well with even 64 MB of RAM.

I used to have a PC with 667 MHz P-III and 64 MB RAM. It worked great with XP.

However it created problems when I tried to run image editing tools like Photoshop and thus I had to buy a new PC.

You can also use Registry Cleaner, but formating HD is the best solution i think.

Um.. go to bios overclock it to the max.. wait till it fries.. go get the parts and build yourself a new computer.. that thing is terrible <no offence>

Another way to have fun while making your computer not last long before you get a new one..

    1) access bios and overclock CPU
    2) Turn off computer
    3) Remove CPU fan
    4) Turn on computer
    5) Open as many things as you can so CPU load is high, do that until you see the screen shut off and smoke come from your tower.

It is just that there is no way to speed that puppy up.
