    format you hdd and make a backup before that. Once you format it, make a clean partition and then install your windows. should help

    M using AVIRA and it is working fine.... i think u should go for AVIRA..... Format the drive on which ur OS is installed... then install new OS and intall AVIRA... Update it and then SCAN your whole system..... Problem Solved :)

    first of all secure all the important files and folders which will be affected by virus , you don,t need an expert for your computer, just install best anti-virus like avast, kaspersky or you can easily download online freely and get a free license to register anti-virus
