What do I do ? They're not the only ones. I just have to do a quick search on Google for any random trademarked brand and the chances are I will get results on the first page from websites who have illegally registered that domain name. "iphone" being a prime example. If this is illegal then why are these domain names not being pulled ?? I'm all for abiding by the rules but only if everybody else.
there are also legitimate uses of trademarks, stuff like <company>sucks.com has been determined legitimate sometimes: http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2003/d2003-0502.html (great review of some of the cases positive/negative)
