My Competitor

I have now made it onto the first page on most search engines, for my main keywords. Specifically "Holland Michigan Real Estate" However, there is one realtor in the area who is #1 in all the search engines. People around the office talk like there is no way to ever get where he is. I was wondering you could take a look at his website. It is Holland-Homes.com. What has he done to make him so successful? Is it possible to pass him? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Holland-Homes has 2 keywords out of the query "Holland Michigan Real Estate" (Real Estate = Homes); you can climb to #2 from your current #5 ; but it'll be tough to topple #1 unless they mess up their site.

The keyword or search phrase you are concerned with does not appear on your page.

Specifically "Holland Michigan Real Estate" You have Holland and Michigan but not the phrase "Holland Michigan Real Estate"

Add in , Michigan after Holland

Put keywords towards top of page. Maybe add in a tagline in your header.
    above or below Call Today:

    Holland Michigan Real Estate Expert
Specializing in Holland Michigan Real Estate
    Holland Michigan Real Estate Specialist

Your anchor text for Holland just says Holland have it say Holland Michigan

Even in footer address spell out Michigan instead of MI
