My competitor is breaking adesense pocilies for months...

I report him already and adsense still did not ban him.

This has been going on for months already, he(my competitor)is breaking all kindas of adsense policies like:

- asking users (in BIG LETTERRS) to click the ads
- labeling ads with names that confuse users
- sharing copyright material
among others....

I don't know what do anymore, i try to play by the rules and earning a few pennies and he's probably making 2digits a day by breaking the rules.

Is there any other way to report the guy?????? What do i do ???

may be he is lucky

or google team is waiting to verify when he clicks to issue the check

 

Give Google some time, they'll definitely ban him

 

Just report him to Google, it will speed up the process.

 

scent: I know what you mean, I just reported someone for breaking the Adsense TOS (all of their ads, and I mean ALL of them, say "click this ad to support our site! Thanks"). The site has been up since 2000, and gets a lot of visits, too. I reported it a week ago and still haven't seen any action.

Heres the deal: he's has not been doing it just for 2 weeks, NO, he's doing it for over 3 month atleast(i believe to be much more). I already reported him several times, i described everything that was wrong with the site and still no action was taken. This breaking of the adsense policies together with the copyright material he's sharing, which by the way is probably the 1st reason he's getting most of what should be my traffic o) is really screwing me over.


I feel like the google adsense from my country isn't banning people like they should, because this is not the only site i saw breaking the policies in such a "in your face" manner.

Before issuing the Cheque, Google audits every memeber of adsense. So, he too will be caught in audit. you don't need to worry about it.
