    Hi,
    I'm advertising a certain keyword,
I've noticed that one of the competitors for that keyword,
is having 3 different domains, that show up for the keyword,
one would show on #1 spot, and the others on #4 and #7.

all domains are registered under the same perosn and offer the same offer,

I'm not sure yet if this is hurting me, as his offer is a little bit different,
but yet I guess he's getting more clicks if he's having 3 ads show up at a time.

I guess that this is not legal right? if it isn't how can I anonimosuly report about it? and what and how fast can google do something?

    thanks!

Your competitor is almost certainly using multiple Adwords accounts, which is strictly forbidden. The only way that multiple accounts are permissible is if they are linked together. This prevents the multiple account holder from bidding on the same keywords with each account and thus monopolising multiple ad positions - which is exactly what your competitor seems to be doing.

Reporting this person may get him/her banned (I'm not sure of the exact type of punishment). I leave you to decide as to your course of action.

    I know this guy...
    if you mean for ringtones.

    Domains are :
    www.zurandec.com
    www.faratexez.com

He had another ad but now not showing. He told me that he's hacking or buying hacked adwords accounts and using them for his campaigns.

Although it sucks, I'd just focus on what you can control. Write better ad copy then him and it won't matter.

    Nothing strange,

if you input "mp3 downlaods" or "music downloads",

you will find the full screen adwords belong to one guy.

unfortunately its common practice... either play him at his own game, or find a way to stick out better than him...

Just report it to Google. They'll make him stop. EOS.

This is a very common practice, but reporting him to Google may potentially help. It is definitely hurting your CTR and CPC that his ads are showing up there.
