    Personal payments are not allowed in certain countries. Ask him to send payment as Service or Goods.

    The error message shows clear that it is not supported in India.

    You can ask him to list a goods, and you buy that goods.

    My client also facing same problem when trying to make me personal payment as personal payments to Indian holders are not allowed in some countries including USA.

    try another form of payment. See if you can get payoneer. I have used this before to pay workers that could not get payment via paypal.
    (I am unsure if payoneer is available to india, I am just suggesting that you look into this, or others as an alternative.)

    Yes, I agree with karthimx, personal payment not possible in some country including India, you need to consider goods and service option for sending payment.
