My client needs real estate link - who owns real estate directory?

I'm on this SEO project for my client. He has so far submitted to the directories below (general) I have recommended to him.

He has submitted to:

http://www.linksquitters.com
http://www.bqtm.com
http://www.avivadirectory.com/
http://www.directorydump.com/ (waiting on approval )

I'm now looking for real estate directory owners who can give me a good deal, but here are the requirements.

Your directory must be PR5+
Inner page must be PR4+

His site is a real estate niche, international property (spain).

I'm welcoming real estate niche blog posts also if you can offer.

*Important note:

This is rather a longer term SEO case I'm dealing with, so know that you can let me know your offer when your directory, including general directories, meet the requirements.

 

Have just started a real estate directory if interested: www.agreatrealestate.com

 

Most likely, my client would want a site-wide link then. But I can not recommend yours now as it is too new. I hope you understand it. Bookmark this thread and let me know when you have at least PR3 (for site-wide link).

Hi Coolsitez - I run a real estate website and am just delving into SEO so I wanted to ask if you wouldn't mind sharing with me why you chose the 4 directories you listed over the multitude of others out there?
I'm just wondering as I know I should probably seek out a few quality directories to list my site in and want to choose wisely.

I dont have Page Rank at the moment for Dirsensei Real Estate but it ranks well in Google and I am starting to receive good traffic and submissions as well for keywords similar or related to Dirsensei Real Estate also Dirsurfer Real Estate ranks well in Real Estate.

As for Travel too its GII of amit and romow are the best choice for anyone who has travel. Dirsensei Travel is fairing good also.

Hey thanks guys. Here is the situation.

My client now want to focus on more real estate links rather than general directories, but his SEO campaign will be a long term as he acknowledges it. So, he would buy more links from directories.

My client really want high PR links. He is even asking me to find PR8 link. *FYI, He even bought a featured link at aviva. So, he is very serious about the quality.

I know there are lots of good directories out there, but his request is more about PR and niche (real estate sites). Dirsensei and Gii are definitely my recommendation for sure when they get PR4 + on those pages

I don't take this personally, but I'm helping my client, and he has his reason to choose me for his SEO. If you are not direct competitor of my client, I think it's ok.

no problem. i am expecting a pr5 on homepage but i wont sell links anyway. sponsor some of my top categories, all of them will get pr4 with over 8k backlinks i have so far.

Unless of course you want to wait for a pr update, but i don't guarantee $5/month price will stay after that.
