My client did not pay me - How can I make him ? Can I sue him ?

    And if you did a website for said client and you find where they posted it on the web, contact their hosting provider and have it shut down. Legally the design is yours until he pays you for it.

    Contact him from a different email but with the same name, saying that you will take him/her to court if they do not pay their funds.

    if in real world we can do it the legal route, but in cyberspace? I think it's still limited to the trust contract.

    You'll need a signed contract before he can be sued, legally. Emails/telephonic conversations, chat logs etc. etc. are not legally acceptable.

    In what jurisdictions are e-mails, chat logs, and evidence about what was said on a telephone not admissible as evidence from a party to the conversation?
