Cadiz City, Philippines was declared calamity area because of many lives and property lost during typhoon Frank. That was happened last June 20, 2008. Fishing is the livelihood of many in our place, and it was then the most affected sector because almost all fishing boats sank and destroyed in the sea and many fishermen sank and died with their boat.
