Use differenet PC, different bank account(different bank), do not allow your brother to use your PC to access gmail ,etc.
    If possible use different address.

Should be no reason for there to be a problem. Just because you have the same surname it does not exclude him from using adsense. I'm sure there are millions of adsense users with the same surname all over the world. And I'm sure there are plenty of people with the same first and last names all using adsense quite happily.

The only thing to possibly avoid is logging into each others accounts from your own PC's, as google tracks login's by IP address, and it may raise a flag. I'd also ensure that you don't perform click-fraud by visiting your brothers sites and clicking on the ads, and vice-versa, as there is potentially tracking systems in place monitoring which ipaddresses click on ads etc.

Is this one of them "My friend thinks your cute" kind of stories?

i.e. Your friend is You? :0)

If your not asking the question of yourself because of a ban or something ,you and your brother should have no problem! ;)
