We plan to host a free online stream before, during, and after the fight containing our commentary and viewpoints (not the actual site itself). Your plan for live streaming is great. I hope it's free. Regarding to your design I think it's plain and need more designing stuffs. Try to put slideshow of your featured news. In every news always try to put images on it. It's nice to have a live streaming always every fight of different boxers to attract more traffic to your site. I hope it helps.

Boxing is a world wide game so it is good not bad still worked hard and provide better desing for your Website.. Ok
You need pictures of both boxers on your site. And where are the videos? You got ad spots, but if the fight is in May, you won't sell those spots. Throw Google adwords in there instead. The site certainly doesn't reach out and grab you. Needs work.
