    I fixed up the yellow font, not sure why you went to the effort of doing that.
    Your questions don't make a lot of sense but I'll take a look anyway.

    Your blog looks ok, some images to illustrate the stories might be good but your big, really really big problem is that you are writing in a language you don't know very well. Focus on writing in Arabic and you'll probably do ok - but in English, nobody will persevere. That or get someone who knows English well to edit your posts.

    As far as Adsense goes, they're looking for quality sites that their publishers want to be seen on. Based on the current content I can't see publishers wanting to be seen there. You wrote that your blog is just for fun, so keep going, enjoy having it and take the focus off earning money.

    Have you even looked at other blogs to see what how the good ones are presented and compared yours to them?
    You need to do your research if you want this blog to be successful.
    But if it's just a hobby site and visitor counts aren't important then enjoy the experience and don't worry about what everyone else is doing.

    You really do need to think about what language you write in though. I don't think you'd even get your mother to wade through those posts.
