    Hello guys,

I am really worried that my 2 blogs both have PR 3 and have good amount of visitors daily doesnt get any comments on my post. I dont understand why??? Even my blogs are Do-follow still visitors dont drop their comments. Can anyone explain me the reason and help me to make my blog so much interesting so that people come and participate in discussion.

    My blogs are: forextradingguru.blogspot.com
    and
    forexmoneymaker.blog.com

Thanks for all your suggestions and comments

Maybe, the theme of your Blogs is too serious, so make a visitor can't give some comments..

Having PR 3, does not mean that you have good content, so that the visitors will spend 5 seconds to drop a thank you for the tip line.

Pagerank doesn't reflect upon quality and the loyalty of readers.

~ Try building relationship with other webmasters of your niche, and comment on their blogs - they are more than likely to return the favor.
~Write posts where users CAN give feedback, a block of information isn't something you can easily reply to.
~ Understand your immediate readers and what they want, perhaps run a survey?
~ Raise questions or opinions where your users can agree/disagree, therefore encouraging comments
~ Show-off that your site is do-follow and give the "Top X" number of commentators do-follow backlinks from your homepage

These are just a few things you can try :)

do a lot of blogwalking, leave comment on common site. If you still don't have any comment yet but you have a good visitor, maybe you're indeed provide information to them. same as when we read newspaper, we dont have to leave comments, right?

PR doesn't equal to number of comments. You need to understand that.
I think it is a good idea to think about the way of writing articles.
This might due to that. If a visitor cannot understand what you say he will not tempted to leave a comment.
Consider that issue. Also consider about the content of your articles.

Mostly this happens if your targeted audience is not relevant or your blogs are too elaborated. Try by changing the style of your writing as it may be possible that people don't find your article interesting.

You need interesting articles and your blog is serious business, but you should still get comments if it's interesting content. For example, my blog has PR0 (it's new) and I already got 2 comments on one of my articles because it's interesting.

First of all PR is not related to number of comments you get . Comments depends upon the kind of post and the blog . Try to make your post as opinion opener for example whether this technique will work or not or something like that .
Also try social networking websites to promote your blog

When you say that you have decent number of visitors and they do not comment, then your worry is justified. But, my friend, PR is no where related to the number of visitors that you get or the ranking of site on search engines. Try and improve your content and also post a comment only for suggestions and feed-back. You can lure visitors to comment by having the "top commentator" plugin. You can have some contests and prizes for top commentator of the month or the week. You should constantly interact with your readers and ask then for suggestions. One great thing to do is, whrn you start getting comments, you should always make it a point to respond to all the serious comments on your post.

If you want to have more comments. Make your comment link as "DO FOLLOW". but be sure to moderate your blog. Expect a lot of spam comments

I think that comments are directly related to content. If you want comments provide good content. Good content would be:

    1. Unique - does it seem generic or does it stand out?
    2. Exclusive - does anyone have it?
    3. Practical - does it give someone something they can take and act upon right away?
    4. Engaging - is it dramatic? Does it stop you in your tracks?
    5. Well written - how is the grammer, spelling, and above all style? Does it feel expressive and vibrant?
    6. Discussion oriented - does it ask questions?
    7. Emotionally engaging - does the content feel warm or cold? Does it tempt people to engage and respond?

I'm a regular blogger and these are the things that get me to comment. Good luck with your sites!

Try making some controversial posts. This way they will feel like they HAVE to answer your post with a comment. And when commenters start arguing back and forth it can be one of the best things for your website.

It doesn't appear that your blogs are dofollow. I always assume if you can't insert a URL in your name then its not worth trying to put a link in the body of the comment.

I suggest adding Lucia's link love and making it clearly dofollow. I've only found 1 or 2 DoFollow Forex blog EVER! A dofollow Forex site will get tons of traffic (and Spam!)

What kind of traffic do you currently get?

Comments are more likely when you have a steady stream of visitors and dedicated readers as Mr3C already pointed out.

This thread has me interested in running a little experiment. I've started a free DoFollow Forex blog on Blogger.

I'm way to busy to really devote a ton of time so I'm going to post a few various posts asking for blog content too.

My guess is that you can start a high traffic blog about Forex simply because their isn't one....

So before I start: email me a semi-quality blog post with up to 2 backlinks and I'll add it to the site. Email: dofollowforex (at) gmail (dot) com

After I have 10 posts I'll open it up to DoFollow comments.

    The site is: dofollow forex

    let's see what happens.

I think some of your visitors are not interested on what you have on your blog...You need to join forums that is related to what is on your blog...just an observation...
