Can you believe it? People strive for Google SiteLinks and here I am on the mission to block all the sitelinks which my blog received.

    www.nofullstop.com

For the keyword nofullstop this blog received Google SiteLinks recently but unfortunately I had changed the category structure of my blog and thus the categories which had landed in Google SiteLinks sections now don't exist :(

So, I had to block all the 5 categories from appearing as SiteLinks

I have updated the sitemap of my blog and now again praying that Google gives me SiteLinks ASAP :(

I even blogged about it here http://www.nofullstop.com/2008/09/0...sitelinks-for-categories-which-no-more-exist/

Are you gaining good traffic with the Google sitelink? Make a customized "Page not Found" and show sitemap of your site.

I already have that but I won't want my visitors to visit broken pages so it is better that I block them.

I have already done that. Hopefully, they will disappear in a week or so

Over a period of time it would change, but until that time, why don't you create redirect with htaccess to point to the correct pages ... to make it work again!
