My blog posts being copied, thief's hosting doesn't care

I have sent a few emails to a webhosting because a blog at legal-attorneys.info domain repeatedly (automatically) steal my posts and other bloggers' posts.

    For example:
http://www.legal-attorneys.info/all-type/plantronics-m100-review/ , copied from my blog post on http://www.cravingtech.com/plantronics-m100-review.html

or http://www.legal-attorneys.info/all...defender-total-security-2011-giveaway-contest, copied from my blog post on http://www.cravingtech.com/10-licenses-of-bitdefender-total-security-2011-giveaway-contest.html

After investigating, it's hosted at server4you.net. So I sent a few emails without any good reply and at the end, I sent a copyright notice email that I'll take legal actions if they don't terminate or do something with their client's account.

    Their reply:

They are the web host!! They have all the capacity to deal with the issue..Grrrrrrrrrr what to do now? Any advice?

Did you file a proper DMCA notice with the host?

Well I did copy a suggested notice letter from a blog that sounded like this:

At the moment, I block the IP address with CloudFlare.com but I don't really want a "temporary" solution if I can..

You can't force them to take down the content, but they do become liable. Most hosts will comply, but it really isn't worth the expense to sue them, so unless you want to spend money on making a point, I would just file a DMCA with Google and Bing - which will remove the page(s) from their index.

First off all I am not sure where you got their hosting information from. Unless they changed hosting companies in the last day. But if you do a tracert on the site, it returns to
serverloft.eu . So the best bet would be to contact them and see if they comply with DMCA requests.

Keep in mind that DMCA is a US law, and since the company is not in the United States, it's up to them to voluntarily choose if they wish to comply with the law.

If you already filed a complaint to DMCA about this then all you have to do is wait. Also i saw above that the datacenter of the site is not on USA. But not all non-USA hosting tolerate DMCA. Just pray that the datacenter on which the site is being hosted is one of those datacenters.
