I think you can mail that blog author ordering to remove your posts otherwise you can claim plagiarism.

It does not matter if any other copied your blog content if content of your webpage is crawled first by search engine bots.

You might want to consider either turning off your RSS feed or only putting excerpts into it. It won't prevent people from scraping your site but it will stop the autobloggers.

Ya i also agree with you! But we can't disable Rss feeds. Now i disable right click option, but its not 100% secure process.

Using WordPress? On one of my sites, I couldn't figure out how to disable RSS feeds completely. I think I ended up making it so no one could access the feed pages or something. The other thing is to use the RSS feeds to your advantage by only posting excerpts that are different from your own content. Since so many of the thieves are using automated tools, you can sometimes beat them at their own game by including links embedded in the content of your feed. I would also make sure that every post refers to your site by name a few times - makes it so much easier to file DMCAs as it leaves no doubt as to where the content originated from.

Thanks buddy your help! I told that i can't disable Rss feeds mean, i have few visitors that subscribe my Rss, if i disable them sometimes they may not visit my blog. Yes sometimes i added internal links to my articles.
