From a designer standpoint the logo and banner is boring.Change themes try a diff color background,some dont like reading off black background.As for content,didnt quite see anything there to hold me there or revisit.Maybe i overlooked your sitemap but I see a blog pertaining to seo and sitemaps.Keep working on it,youre on your way.
