My blog looks so weird when i scroll down, it's because of photos?

I don't know why, but when i scroll down, my site looks so weird, meaning that some parts of the images and text remain still, and they go over new content..

don't know if i am clear, but i'm afraid i cannot put the live link here..

maybe it's only a problem with my internet connection, with its speed, or .. with my hosting.. or the script.. i simply don't know..

some people told me that everything looks fine.. :-??

the problem is that the blog looks different in every browser.. and it loads slowly..
