My blog is the first postion in Google SERPs

Hi,

It's not a competitive keyword and I don't get to much traffic from it but I just feel like I want to share this because my blog is in the first postion on Google SERPs from 3.560.000 results.

The keyword is zak show

My blog is not a blogspot, My blog is a pretty popular dot com site, you can check it the first link in my sig. I didn't do any SEO it's ranking in that position because of the keyword in the domain.
I get from 25 to 50 UV per day from this keyword. Not the only one but I rank high in google for other keywords too

Now, try to get it in the same position for some competitive keyword.

I think, Long tail keywords can generate good traffic for our blog/sites

Nice stuff, it can be amazing watching some of the long tail keywords your blog picks up in the serps.

 

Even though the keyword is not very attractive I wouldn't share what I rank N1 for.

I share it because it's my main keyword, It's my branding like if shoemoney said that I rank #1 for the keyword shoemoney

 

Congratulations, hope ya stay there. Just because it's in your domain doesn't mean you're going to stay #1, make sure to do on/off site seo, and link building.

 

Ranking for non competitive keywords is no big deal. I am ranking high for keywords like 'good writing' good writing help etc. but not for 'writing' The word 'writing' gets almost 5 million searches in a month, while 'good writing' gets only 100 searches a day. So try ranking for better terms.
