My blog http://www.keep2enjoy.blogspot.com in this blogger blog near about 160 posts but still traffic is very low. My blog's average daily traffic is 30. I just want to increase near about 300-400. Please give me suggestion How solve and how to optimize it. I always do commenting process after publishing blog post and comments not like Spam.

You still need to write more blogs or articles. Then submit to article directories, that will help. Promote to social medias (that doesn't help much for my site). Check if google indexes your blog pages and how fast that's done. Google indexes my site on daily basis.
I had a look. You might want to proofread your articles, some of them seem a little awkwardly written. Have a friend do it if you need a second opinion! i'm sure it's because English is not your first language, but readers can be picky. I think if they get cleaned up and get edited that might give them some more zing and more readers might tell their friends about it etc. I hope this helps!

You can also use your facebook community for some traffic on the site. Additionally, you can start blog submissions on some of the top blog directories and also to some niche directories. This will help you in some way. Also, getting links on blogs similar to yours can also boost the backlinks and give you the much needed relevant traffic.
I have found that the blogs I created on blogger just don't get the amount of traffic my self hosted Wordpress blogs get. There are so many optimization tools available as plugins for Wordpress it's just head and shoulders above blogger. That said make sure that your blogger blog does have a sitemap and a robots.txt this should help. Register the blog with Google Webmaster tools so you can better watch your activity and monitor what is going on.

I see that each post is on a completely different niche? so if you dont focus on anything, on what keywords will you get high rankings? 3. I checked one of your posts which is not a copied materail, if I believe that all posts are unique and none is copied, and considering that you are banned, even I am puzzled that for such an old blog, you have no pr and little traffic.
