you can do pixel submission also on high pr sites.

 

Submit your sitemap to Google and make sure there is a link to your Blog from your website homepage. Also, are you getting any comments on your blog?

 

sorry for noob question but whats the benefit of being cached?

 

The quickest way to be chaced is to ping your site. You can find lots of free ping tools (like pingler, pingoat, etc) to use for this purpose. I had the same problem, and I've found that bookmarking and backlinkins do not index your site as quick as when you ping it.

Make some high pr back links or do bookmarking then get easy index your blog!

 

Make your blog RSS feed and submit on some rss submission sites.

 

For caching it you need to submit it to various bookmarking sites and do proper on page for your website.
