It's not your blog not accepting adsense but Google adsense not accepting your blog. May be your blog violates some of it's Terms and Conditions. Check for it and then re-apply.
I don't know what they mean with that "Page type" but you could try to make it more appealing (aka change the theme). I doubt that is the reason, but you could try it. Also make sure that the content is original and, as amol said, it's not violating any ToS. Good luck!
maybe the reason for Page Type is the blog is hosted on a free blog server.. maybe thats the reason..
Mmm, I don't think so. If that was the case do you think Blogger (a Google product) would provide a direct sign up link to AdSense (another Google product)? Never fear OP - you can always sign up for AdBrite instead. They pay almost as well and have less silly rules.
