    Contact their support for the reasons. I think the chances for you to get it back is minimal. This is why most people will not recommend using Blogger. You will lose everything when such things happen.

    I think usually when it gets locked, it's because you might have violated some TOS agreement? But then again, I heard Blogger were going down their list and just deleting some blogs...
