I agree with @zlori ... If the site is the one in your signature, then I'm not surprised you have issues, and I don't trust that you approach is clean. First off, your page load time is TERRIBLE, and normally this is not the end of the world, but if it's really bad that can affect you right there, so work on your hosting and install some cache plugins for your wordpress. Secondly, your site is already dancing in a niche that google does not like too much, ie the fat burning miracle weight loss magic pill etc... It's possible to keep clean but your aff links in the text aren't helping. Thirdly, yoursite. com /burnthefat.htm is some sort of frame of the actual pitch page, so they really aren't going to like that. Finally, a quote from your text "influences the blood pressure in a fast way, grows heart rate and broadens bronchial tubes which assists breathing" shows me strong indicators of content spinning, so I'm less than faithful you wrote this originally.... pressure in a fast way? grows heart rate, broadens bronchial tubes? Classic adjective switching.

 

I think your site is dancing, there's no such thing call sandbox

If your site has been deindexed than you should point som .edu or .gov links to your site, helps all the time. Google is questioning your authority level, don’t give him the reason. If your site is white hat than you should be back in no time.
