I think Google only banned your site, not your account, the same happened to me, one of my sites was banned and I continue to my way with another site. I don't know(because I didn't try) if they can remove the ban, at least you can try and ask them kindly.I'm sure they will get back to you soon whether negative or positive.
Hello Melege, I want to let you know that Google has not banned you from Adsense. The reason is that if you can access your Adsense account then you are not banned. If Adsense Ads are not running on your site then there could be 2 reasons. 1. You are running Adsense Ads on Copyrighted Songs 2. You are running Adsense Ads on Arabic language site. I have a fair idea for you. You can take my advice or discard it. You are running your site on a third-party blogspot and you do not own any of those datas. So go and get a domain name and hosting server of your own, which you can call yours. Then build that site and forward all users of your http://cmpmania.blogspot.com/ site to your new own site. Thanks guys for your advice. Adsense supports many languages and Arabic is one of them, also they have Arabic interface for Gmail and all other Google services.

Adsense supports Arabic language and again as others have mentioned that you are lucky that Google did'nt banned your account. Make a new blog and strictly adhere to their TOS, as Google is quite strict in banning the adsense accounts. Tehmina
Try removing the unwanted content , but it will still be hard to convince them giving you back your account.
