If you backed up your websites files, and your SQL ( If your blog even uses an SQL ) You can reupload them through a FTP program such as filezilla, and you can use PHPmyadmin to upload your SQL.

From here I recommend purging the files you currently have on your ftp, delete everything and reinstall from your backups as your entire server/SQL could be comprimised. Use basic, good computing skills to ensure problems like these don't arise. Some example are not logging in to FTP programs on computers other than your own, scanning for viruses regularly, and having good passwords.

I recommended going to http://www.safer-networking.org/ downloading Spybot Search & Destory ( Free ) to scan your computer.

A good example of a excellent password would be Fgc~c3Z4Pzeeo}>eeIFM.u-,tj\o+[W-0d~4$k)B61h;&2,2)~1oM7?$UJWD6t: give or take certain characters or length based on how long your password can be ( SQL passwords are generally smaller )
