My blog got indexed..wp-admin page first

Hi,
I noticed today that google indexed my site (wich from nowhere is now 2nd for my domain name). The problem is that it indexed my login page instead of the index.php of wordpress.

What should I do to correct this?

 

Wait for a few more days and they'll index the other pages of your site.

 

yeah they will just improve your link popularity and once those sites that has your link was crawled your site also be crawled and they might indexed faster...

 

use a robots.txt file to make sure google index the right pages, you read about it here:

Thanks for the tips. I just created the standard robots.txt for wordpress (disallow wp-, feed and trackback )

Right now no site links to me. apart from google..

 

Same thing happened to me on my first day. Get a few links and you'll be all set.
