Inspite of me submitting my blogs to free directories every day,my blog inlinks(links pointing to my blog) are decreasing rather than increasing!Why is this happening?also to how many directories at the most should i submit my blogs daily to avoid to be considered as spam?I m just not getting whats happening here......seo experts pls reply
are you sure ? check different dc's then. no limit on submissions, but submit to quality directories only.. slowly, with different description and title.

you should diversify your link building campaign and not just depend on directories or anything else specific. submit to directories as well as making comments to other dofollow blogs, submit to SB sites, find related blogs and sites and see if there is any add url option.
I do agree with sultan. There are several link building strategies that you can do and don't just stick with directory submission. Anyway, Social bookmarking is good for deep-linking and promotion too as well as forum posting and blog comments
